Projects

Things I've built when I should probably be sleeping. My interests usually lean towards automations and computer vision, especially segmentation and object detection.

Echo

An open-source LLM fine-tuned on five years of my messages, to talk and think like me.

A digital clone of myself, built from five years of my own Telegram history. The model was never the hard part: most of the work went into turning a raw chat export into training data. I fine-tuned LLaMA 3 and Gemma 3 with Unsloth, then served the result through a few FastAPI services behind a Streamlit front end, all on one GPU box.

Kanta

A shared, collaborative event camera, with smart features like face detection and automatic photo sorting.

Basically Google Drive for photos at an event. Everyone shoots on their own phone, the photos land in one album, and face detection helps each guest find the shots they're in. The backend is FastAPI on Azure, with face clustering on AWS Lambda.
